Any credit builder account payment that is not received within 30 days of the payment due date will be reported as a “late payment” to the credit bureaus.

Payments will continue to be reported as late after 60 and 90 days, respectively. If you believe that your payment will be more than 30 days past due, please contact our Customer Success team.
